Build Specifications
Antonio
Legacy Build — Precision Crafted
Antonio is an archived gyuto build with a long, capable chef-knife profile and a refined wa-style handle. With an 8-1/2” blade, a 13.75” overall length, and a 2.0” heel height, it has the reach and knuckle clearance expected from a full-size kitchen workhorse while still carrying a fine tip for detail work.
The blade finish combines a bright satin lower bevel with a Sharkbite-style etched pattern along the upper blade face. That contrast gives Antonio a more technical, layered look than a plain satin knife while still leaving a clean working edge visually front and center.
The handle is the standout detail. It pairs an ebony ferrule with a warm figured burl wood body, separated by a blue, red, and white spacer stack. The result is polished but not flashy: dark at the blade, warm through the grip, and finished with just enough color to make the build recognizable at a glance.
